Purpose of processing

The personal data you provide through the website or the SIahorra app will be used to:

  • Handle your request for information or energy advice.
  • Send you the personalised proposal you requested.
  • Maintain the business communication arising from our relationship, if you give us your consent.
  • Analyse your electricity or gas bill to offer you a personalised tariff comparison.
  • Process your request to switch energy company with the SinergiaInd advisor.

Data we process

Through the website

  • Name and email provided in the contact form.

Through the SIahorra app

  • Email and password (registration, managed by Google Firebase).
  • First name of the bill holder (visible in the app).
  • Full name and supply address (only to process requests).
  • Contact mobile number (voluntarily provided when requesting a tariff).
  • Bill images (processed by AI in real time, not stored).

Data we do NOT collect

  • National ID, NIE or tax ID numbers.
  • IBAN or banking details.
  • Geolocation.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is:

  • Your explicit consent when submitting the form or registering on the app (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • The performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • The legitimate interest in analysing bills in order to offer you the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

In accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Spain's LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December).

Data retention

We will keep your data for as long as an active relationship with you exists, or until you request its deletion, and for any legally applicable retention periods.

Bill images are processed in real time and are not stored on SinergiaInd's servers.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use the following providers as data processors, under contract and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Google Firebase: secure authentication and user data storage.
  • Anthropic API: AI-based analysis of bill images.
  • Cloudflare: secure proxy for the app's communications.
  • Hosting and email providers.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to estudios@sinergiaind.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
